Vietnam is beautiful country with the history is one of the longest continuous histories in the world and destination .Nowadays, more and more attractive for tourists across the globe. This wonderful country is not only well-known by the traditional culture and customs, landscapes with friendly people, but also famous by the food culture.

If you have time visit Ha Noi, you may be surprised by Hanoi street food. You don’t need go to restaurant, but please take the time to go into the alley area. In here, there are many delicious dishes with cheap price. Such as : “ black pudding grilled , rice noodle and pork- pie , Sliced-chicken noodle soup, fried rolls grilled… ”

If you don’t like to eat sweets , you don’t worry because honey only just enough , not too sweet. The main special little ingredient to pieces black pudding become shiny brown.

 There are many kind of “pho” in Hanoi such as : ‘‘Pho Bat Dan , Pho Vui , Pho Bo ,Pho Ga…” In Hanoi “ Pho Bat Dan “ very famous, this shop is well-known for it’s very clear both and the beef, especially the tendon , which is soft  but still chewy. If people want to have a noodle bowl . All most people have to queue to be enjoying a delicious noodle bowl so everyone is calm , someone also brings the newspaper to read, comfort waiting . In addition , Ly Quoc Su noodle is a good place. They open at 6 am and close at 2 pm. You have to stand in line for payment and order first, before the staff  bring you a hot noodle bowl
